OUR LODGE

THE ALASKA ACTION ANGLERS LODGE

We have built a brand new lodge that is on a bluff that has the most magnificent view overlooking the mouth of the Anchor River.

This new Alaska Anglers Lodge will be available for occupancy during the 2008 fishing season.

Our new lodge has been designed and built for YOU, the fisherman, and your family and friends.

As fishermen ourselves, we know what it takes to have a great experience.

The main lodge will have three private guest rooms that can accommodate 2 people each.

Upstairs, the cozy "Forest Room" will offer a view of the forested area of the property and Nysie's Garden.

The spacious "Illiamna Room" will give guests a breath-taking view of the Cook Inlet, with private access to the upstairs balcony.

The downstairs "Redoubt" room will offer a view of the Inlet with a private patio door opening to the downstairs deck.

Next to the main lodge is the Inlet View House, a fully-contained two-bedroom house for guests who desire more privacy.

When the fishing day has ended, you will have several options for the activities you and your group might want to look at.

You can return to the lodge for a home cooked dinner which may include fresh caught Tempura Halibut, Teriyaki Salmon, Grilled Ling Cod or Black Bass. prepared by Denyse with her special ability to cook great seafood. (A favorite among our guests).

Or you can have dinner at a local Homer or Anchor Point restaurant.

You might want to cook something yourself at our home, which is adjacent to the lodge.

You can always have some food delivered to you from a local restaurant.

There is always some great sightseeing around Homer and the surrounding localities.

Or you can choose to do nothing except rest and watch TV, listen to music, hang out with your friends, tell fish stories… whatever you like.
